Closing date to submit application form for Life Insurance Agent posts is 31st August, 2016.
Educational Eligibility :
Qualification for CCA, LIC Agent posts is SSC Passed; HSC and graduation is the qualification for Adviser posts; HSC is the qualification for remaining posts.
Age Bond :
Age limit for Adviser posts is in between 18 years to 50 years; 18 to 33 years for LIC Agent, CCA posts; 25 to 45 years for Life Insurance Agent Posts.

Print out of application forms are required by department. Closing date to submit application form for Adviser posts is 30th August, 2016. For LIC Agent, CCA posts is 31st July, 2016. For Life Insurance Agent posts is 31st August, 2016.

B) Fill the form with your details of phone number, E-Mail ID, Address etc.
C) Paste a copy of recent colour passport size photo at designated place.
D) Attach relevant documents and send to the address of LIC of India before due date.

- The envelope super scribing "Name of post applied for ___"
- Department will not be responsible for any delay of application forms within the specified time.
