Role and Responsibilities
|
·
He/She shall report directly to the
leadership team.
·
The person would be responsible for
handling the wide range of administrative and support related tasks and
should be able to work independently with the little or no supervision.
·
Should be able to manage calendar of appointments, prepare
various reports and presentations.
·
Composing and preparing the correspondence.
·
Maintain the confidentiality of the data and information.
·
Enhance company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing
new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job
accomplishments.
·
Represents the executives by welcoming visitors, arranging
corporate functions as and when required.
·
Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management
team meetings and sites, and all staff meetings.
·
Managing internal/external contacts, keeping track of
periodic communication as needed.

Excellent command over oral / written English language.

Proficient in use of latest computer based applications.
·
Analytical skill and Creativity.
·
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
·
Should be flexible, proactive and efficient.

Should be able to work efficiently on advance MS office
(including Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

i) scanned copy of the recent colored passport size photograph bearing full signature of the candidate across the photograph and below the photograph;
ii) scanned copies of the certificates of the education qualification viz., High School, 12th (Intermediate), Graduation, any additional qualification and experience certificate if any;
