Indo Tibetan Police Force (ITBP) is under
Ministry of Home Affairs, A Govt of India undertaking. Indo Tibetan Police
Force (ITBP) is conducting online recruitment to fill the posts of Constable
(General Duty) in Group ‘C’ Cadre on a temporary basis only for meritorious

What is the eligibility criteria to apply for the post of Constable
(GD) Recruitment 2020?
Age
Limit: Candidates age must not be less than 18
years and not be more than 23 years. The age limit will be reckoned as on 26-08-2020.

Educational
Qualification: Candidates who complete Matriculation
are only eligible for this recruitment process.
Necessary Sports Qualification:

Candidates who
won/participate in the National/International (Individual/Team events) Sports competitions
are only eligible.
·
The sportspersons must
have participated in any International/National Sports events recognized by
International Olympic Association as a member of Indian Team in the last 2 years or
any achievements during the period 01-01-2018 to 26-08-2020.
·
Candidates who won medals
in competitions are given first preference compared to others.

EyeSight:
The minimum distance vision shall be 6/6 and 6/9 for both the eyes without
correction.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates are selected based on their Documentation
and performance in the Physical Standard
Test and Detailed Medical examination.
Application Fee:
General candidates, OBC have to pay the
fee of Rs. 100/-, through recruitment portal of ITBP website and reserved
category candidates, are exempted from the payment of the fee.
