IBPS RRB Office Assistant Exam Pattern 2021

The selection process to the post of Office Assistant is different to that of exam pattern for the selection to the post of Officer Grade. Below we are going to discuss the IBPS Office Assistant Exam Pattern. The IBPS RRB 2021 Exam will be conducted in two stages:

• 1^st Phase: Preliminary Exam

• 2^nd Phase: Mains Exam

There is no interview process for the candidates who cleared both these rounds. After passing out these two phases of the examination, candidates will be directly recruited for the chosen job profile of Office Assistant. The selection for IBPS RRB Office Assistant will be made purely on the marks scored by the applicant in his/her Mains Examination.

The IBPS recruitment department is going to conduct three-tier selection process for officer job profile The IBPS RRB Officer Exam Pattern 2021 is as follow:

• 1^st Stage: Preliminary Exam

• 2^nd Stage: Mains Exam

• 3^rd Stage: Interview Process

The last selection of the candidates will be completed on the collective score got by the candidate in both Mains Exam and Interview Process.

What are the eligibility criteria related to the IBPS RRB Exam 2021?

Age Bond: The age limit for the different job profiles under this IBPS RRB Examination 2021 as follow:

·       Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- Between 18 years and 28 years.

·       Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years - Below 30 years.

·       Officer Scale-II (Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 32 years.

·       Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 40 years.

 

Language Proficiency: Applicants applying for the posts of Office Assistant in any particular RRB are required to have skill in the local language of the State/ UT in which the RRB is situated to be eligible for interview.

 Educational Qualification for applying different Designation under this RRB Exam

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)	Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a documented University. The preference will be given to the applicants having Graduation degree in one of the following stream: “Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy”. Must have following Skills: ·       Proficiency in local language must by the participating RRB/s*. ·       Working information of Computer.	----
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)	Gradation’s degree in any discipline from a documented University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. The Preference will be given to the applicants having Graduation degree in one of the following stream: “Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.	Those who have at least Two years’ experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)	For Information Technology Officer: Applicants with a Graduation degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate can apply. Desirable: A Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.	Must have at least One-year exp. in the relevant field.
	For Chartered Accountant: Applicants who have completed their Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.	One Year as a Chartered Accountant.
	Law Officer: Applicants having a Graduation degree from a recognized University in Law with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.	Those who have worked as an advocate for 2 years. (or) One should have worked as Law Officer in Banks (or) Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years.
	Treasury Manager: Applicants who have completed their Chartered Accountant course (OR) Those who have completed their MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.	One Year (in the relevant field)
	Marketing Officer: Applicants having an MBA degree in Marketing from a recognized university can apply for this profile.	One Year of Exp. in the relevant field.
	Agricultural Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or it's equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate	Two Years exp. in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)	Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy.	Minimum 5 year’s experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions

Note: All the qualifications mentioned above in the table should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies and the result should have been acknowledged on or before 28^th June 2021.

 

How much is the IBPS RRB 2021 Application Fee?

The online Examination fee for applying for IBPS RRB 2021 exam was increased from last year. The applicants belonging to the General casts have to pay a total of Rs. 850/-  as the application fee for both IBPS RRB Assistant and IBPS RRB Officers exam and Rs. 175/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category.

IBPS RRB Exam 2021: Important Dates

IBPS has published all significant dates related to the IBPS RRB Examination 2021. We have already shared a post approximately two or three months back related to the complete IBPS Exam Calendar 2021-22. All significant dates associated to IBPS RRB 2021 examination are given below:

·       The Notification has published on 07^th June 2021 on the IBPS Official website.

·       The online application form filling process will start from 08^th June 2021.

·       Candidates can apply online before 28^th June 2021.

·       Admit Card for IBPS RRB Exam 2021 will be out in the Month of JULY 2021.

·       IBPS RRB Preliminary Exam for Officer Scale-1 and Office Assistant will be held on the following dates: “1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th August 2021”.

·       IBPS RRB 2021 Preliminary Exam result will be out in the month of August 2021.

·       The Online Main Examination for Officer (I, II & III) will be held on 25^th Sept. 2021.

·       Main Examination for Office Assistant will be held on 03^rd Oct. 2021.
