Eligibility
Criteria for Applying SSC Constable GD Recruitment
Age Restrictions (effective as of January 8, 2023): The minimum age is 18 years old and the Maximum age is 23 Years for applying for these Government jobs for constable posts. In a regular course, candidates should not have been born before 02-08-2000 or after 01-08-2005. The age relaxation is allowed under the guidelines.
Qualifications: Applicants must have
passed their 10th class from an accredited board or university.

Process
of SSC GD Constable 2023 Selection
The following steps make up the SSC GD
Constable selection process:
1.
Computer-Based Test (CBT): Examining candidates'
proficiency in general English/Hindi, general awareness, mathematics, and
reasoning, the CBT is an objective one-hour test.
2.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test
(PST): Those
who pass the CBT are required to take the PET and PST, which are administered
at different locations chosen by the CAPFs.
3.
Medical Examination and Document Verification: Short-listed candidates
for the next round, which consists of the Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
and Document Verification (DV), are those who pass the PET/PST.
Exam
Pattern for SSC GD Constable Recruitment
One objective-style paper with 80 questions worth two marks each makes up the CBT. The questions are as follows:

Reasoning and Intelligence: 20 questions totaling 40 Marks.

General
Knowledge: 20 questions totalling 40 Marks.
·
Mathematics:
20 Questions for 40 Marks.
·
Hindi/English:
20 questions for 40 Marks.

Duration
of the Examination: 1 hour.
·
Negative
scoring: 0.50 Marks.
PET/PST
SSC GD Constable 2023
The following things happen during the PET:

competitors must finish the 5 km race in 24 minutes.

Female
competitors will run 1.6 kilometers in 8 and a half minutes.
Included in the PST are the following:
