The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has made public the official notification for the 2024 Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination (I). Eligibility
Criteria for Applying for this UPSC CDS Exam 2024
Age Bond:
The age limit for applying for UPSC CDS Examination 2025 for different
job profiles is as follows:
· For Indian Naval Academy and IMA: Male single candidates who were born between January 02, 2002, and January 1, 2007, are the only candidates eligible.
· Regarding the Air Force Academy: Applicants who are aged between 20 years to 24 years old as of 1st January 2026.
Age relaxation is allowed under the guidelines.
Qualification: The educational
criteria for different institutions and posts are as follows:
· Regarding the Officers' Training Academy in Chennai and I.M.A: Applicants having a Graduation degree from an accredited university in any stream can apply.
· About the Indian Naval Academy: Candidates having an Engineering degree from a reputable university or institution.
· For the Academy of the Air Force: Degree from an accredited
university (with a 10+2 math and physics degree) or Engineering Bachelor's
degree.

is the Application
Cost for applying for this UPSC CDS Exam 2024?
· The application fee
will be None for female, SC, or ST applicants.
· For every other applicant who wishes to apply for this UPSC
Recruitment have to pay Rs.200.
Payment Methods: Cash payments at any State Bank of India branch, Visa, Master, RuPay credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and online banking from any bank are all accepted.
