Age
Restriction:
The age limit for applying for UPSC CDS Examination 2024 for different
job profiles is as follows:
· For Indian Naval Academy and IMA: Male single candidates who were born between July 02, 2001, and July 1, 2006, are the only candidates eligible.
· Regarding the Air Force Academy: Applicants who have aged between 20 years to 24 years old as of July 1, 2025, meaning they were born between July 2, 2001, and July 1, 2005.
Age relaxation is
allowed under the guidelines.
Qualification: The educational
criteria for different institutions and posts are as follows:
· Regarding the Officers' Training Academy in Chennai and I.M.A: Applicants having a Graduation degree from an accredited university in any stream can apply.
· About the Indian Naval Academy: Candidates having an Engineering degree from a reputable university or institution.
· For the Academy of the Air Force: Degree from an accredited
university (with a 10+2 math and physics degree) or Engineering Bachelor's
degree.
